Antiqua majuscules and minuscules
"Lettering and Colour"
This workshop wants to give the opportunity to each of the participants to express at the best with colour. If one wants to write out a piece of text, drawing a word, writing out a sentence, or build up a monogram for a more personal use, he will find the answer in this workshop. Experience and taste of each one will be challenged during this weekend by all the discovering and experimentation that everybody could do with colour thoughout a text.
List of material wished:
- tubes of gouache or acrylic
- coloured felt tip pens
- Ecoline inks
- coloured pastels
- ink or wood stain in different colours
- coloured pencils or crayons
- coloured ball point pens
- any sort of white and coloured papers
- some sheets of tracing paper
- any sort of calligraphic nibs/ felt tip pens/ brushes/ reed pens etc. etc.
- french curves (wood, plastic or metal), a pair of compasses, ruling pens, ruler and excellent hard pencil
- and sponge, rag, towel paper as well.
This workshop will take place in Germany (Saarland).
